Reservation terms and conditions

Reservation terms and conditions for individual bookings in the rooms and villas at Calliola

These terms and conditions apply for individual reservations unless otherwise agreed. Special conditions are valid for group and event bookings.

1. BOOKING & CONFIRMATION

When booking an accommodation, your name, address, arrival-and departure time and method of payment are required. Your booking is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing.

2. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

Check-in:  15 pm
Check-out: 12 pm
Different times may be agreed on request but may be subject to additional fees. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on rooms/studios/villas and the maximum capacity per accomodation may not be surpassed.

3. CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation, unless the rate confirmed or the reservation period includes special terms, the room/studio/villa may be cancelled until 12 pm on the day prior to arrival without a fee. In case you cancel your reservation after this or fail to arrive without cancelling your reservation, Calliola Hotel is entitled to charge the full amount of your reservation including taxes and possible additional services to your credit card.

4. PAYMENT

We accept the most common credit/debit cards, as well as cash. The total amount of your reservation must be paid on arrival.

5. GUEST BEHAVIOUR

We follow good manners and hotel rules at our premises and in villas and rooms. In case of breaking these rules, you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such case you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed in the rooms, villas, studios and other private premises, and the maximum capacity per room, studio, villa, or specific space may not be surpassed.

6. RESPONSIBILITY ON YOUR VALUABLES

The hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of your valuables during your stay.

7. GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY ON DAMAGE

As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest or your pet in the rooms, studios or villas, or elsewhere in our premises. This applies also to the hotel furniture and other equipment, other guests in the hotel or their property. The responsibility for caused damage is determined by general principles.

8. RENTING HOTEL ROOMS OR VILLAS FOR MINORS

Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a reservation. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates with the minor or not.

9. PETS

Pets are welcome to stay in our studios and villas, but not to Villas Loisto, Luotsi, Reimari and VillaSaaristo suite. The extra charge is 50€ per visit. Please note that pets are not welcome hotel’s public area (reception, restaurant, saunas). Please let us know in advance by email: calliola@mediumvioletred-hyena-959967.hostingersite.com, if you take your pet with you. As our guest you are responsible for any damages and expenses that may be caused by your pet. Pets are not allowed to disturb other guests.

10. PARKING

We offer free parking to our guests.
